Falling from Grace

Here is my introduction to what I call ‘Fallng from Grace’, by which I mean from fully functioning healthy mindsets, to tips to the mental health hospital and seeing a psychiatrist. I am planning to blogging as a tool to write about a little about the things I noticed in hindsight ‘falling from grace’ and how I plan to use a charting system that anyone can use in there own lives too.

Patterns are found everywhere in life

This plan came to me when i started learning about trading stocks and crypto currencies, I could see patterns everywhere, and unlike many mental health check lists that give you a value of 0–10 ‘how do you feel’, instead I thought to myself, if I could find the right habits, choirs etc and weight them with a value in the same way, but also adding time as a factor. In this way i would be able to visually see and track how my mental health is doing, where I need improvement etc.

After realising the idea and finding choirs and habits I wanted to a values to so i could start charting things out, I also wanted a little extra motivation to help be find the right tools in order to set me on the right path.

Initially I used excel spreadsheets and used the numbers there to turn them into charts, however the resolution is too low to be of any real benefit.
I’m going to post two pictures next, one is an excel line chart and the other is how I actually see it in my head.

I see life through the lens of dualities. As a form of waves that ebb and flow throughout an invisible support and resistance bands. I call this Wave Theory.
